Hi there, I got this problem when I was originally trying to install portal 6. If I remember correctly it is to do with hidden files on the disk not displaying.

The .CreateDirDummy file is a 0 byte file I believe, so just try creating the file yourself in the correct directory (C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Desktop\WPS6\WAS 6.0.2.9 - ND\windows\ia32\ifpackage\WAS\repository
\install\temp\) and this should solve
the problem

(alternatively you could try switching on the option to show hidden files/folders)
