migration of Cloudscape to DB2 for WPS6 fails with the following

We are using wps6. We need to migrate WPS Database from cloudscape to db2.
However after making changes in the 3 properties file(wpconfig-dbdomain,wpconfigdbtype ,wpconfig) located in
Portal_Root/config folder ............when running the db2task
WPSconfig.bat create-local-database-db2 -DDbPassword=password -DJcrDbPassword=password -DFeedbackDbPassword=password -DLikemindsDbPassword=password -DWmmDbPassword=password

build fails.ANd we get the following error

BUILD FAILED
file:../config/actions/process.xml:407: C:\WEBSPH~1\PORTAL~1\migration not found.
Any suggestions.help
