Hi everyone,

have portal 6 installed on suse linux 10. After that have DB2 UDB V8.2
installed. But at the last step,

<WP_HOME>/config/WPSconfig.sh database-transfer

der process is terminated after 4 min. and says

"Error during statement execution!"
"... SQL1218N There are no pages currently available in bufferpool "4097",
SQLSTATE=57011"

have googled, one should increase the bufferpool page size with DB2 ALTER
BUFFERPOOL, but i don't know how to make it, always syntax problem so
can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance

Kevin

Hi

How exactly are you entering the command?

You should press enter after the DB2 so you enter the DB2 command line and then enter the command ALTER BUFFERPOOL and remember the ; at the end.

Hope it helps

I know it sounds obvious, but did you setup your DB2 environment before running WPSConfig ?

Did you run your DB2 profile ?

Hi

One quick way to find out if you set up the environment for DB2 is make an echo of some of the variables WSE needs.

Try 'echo $DB2_DIR' (I think thats one variable) to see if it is empty or if it has the correct directory.

Did you edit the user profiles so it run the db2_profile automatically?

Hope it helps
