Hi,

Can some one please help. I have a Portal application with portal.properties files for few Countries I have the files in Portal_root\shared\app\xxx I have a file called portal_fr_CA.properties for French Canadian and all the titles on the portlets are di
splaying correct this morning I change the name in one of the titles and bounce the Portal server but it keeps displaying the old value like if it is in cache some where it never display the new value any ideas.
