A couple of other items:

%>.\WPSConfig.bat validate-jcr
%>.\WPSConfig.bat validate-pzn

Both return BUILD SUCCESSFUL

I have also run:
%>.\WPSConfig.bat cfg-jcr-resources
with return BUILD SUCCESSFUL
