| I had the same problem and it took me a while to get it sorted out...
You get this message because of the Content Manager.
The internet/intranet templates (along with the rest) have all one owner/creator : uid=wpsadmin,o=default organization.
So this message gets thrown every time you look at a page where there are data controlled by the Web content manager.
To do something about it you have to remove the user (or point it to a existing) from wcm:
