Yes, and?

If you read the manual you'll see that using RAA with the UTE will by default disable all other portlet functionality. To enable it edit the server configuration (tag Portal)and check the box for 'Enable base portlets for portal...'

Recommendations: Update your UTE to at least 5.1.0.3 to escape a few bugs and quirks.

Gotchas: Wiring (and other configuration changes) done through the Test Environment using Rational will not persist. Just so you know. If you want it you have to do it through the original interface.

Gotchas 2: When updating UTE to .3 you have to update it to .1 or .2 first (both of which takes an eternity to update and are between 0.5 to 0.7 Gb to download). Update it manually (e.g. download it and then use the updater on the local directory)

Gotchas 3: There are (or was) a bug that didn't alter the version file for UTE, so when updating from .1 (or .2) to .3 the updater will throw an error saying that the UTE is not updated enough to install the .3 fixpack. This is easily remedied by altering
the text-file yourself. The file is PORTAL_UTE_HOME/wps.properties

Good luck.
