Thanks for this response. I have verified that the resource collection classes match the directions you have provided (matching InfoCenter as well.) Still the result appears the same after running

/wps/wcm/connect?MOD=JCRModule&populate

Upon inspection of my connect.log file, I notice the following exception appearing immediately (based on timestamp) following the completion of the MOD=JCRModule&action=populate utility

[3/29/07 10:44:28:756 CDT] 5936dd2 SystemOut O Mar 29, 2007 10:44:28.756 Servlet.Engine.Transports : 1 com.aptrix.pluto.pzn.JCRManipulator error An error occurred populating the JCR Workspace: Message: An error occurred accessing the JCR Workspace:
Error while calling a function createItems of PLS data manager.., Cause: javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Error while calling a function createItems of PLS data manager..

Any further ideas?

Again, the observed unexpected behavior is that Select Content pzn rules return inconsistent results when matching against values from IBM Workplace Web Content Management Resource Collection (com.aptrix.pluto.pzn.resources.WCMResource) attributes. i.e.

correct results return for: Collection.Template is equal to "Template A",
no results return for: Collection.Template is equal to "Template B",
Where WCM content exists for both "Template A" and "Template B".
