Web Clipping Cache Timeout issue

Dear WPSians,

I wonder if someone have tried Web Clipping Cache Timeout options in Portal 6.0:

I set it to 1 (1 seconds that means..). However, the page does not retrieve the latest update from target site even i wait 10mins...

Do anyone have idea?
