Migrating 5.0 to 6.0 webservice

Anyone having problems migrating their wsdls from was 5 to 6?

It seems the rpc/encoded wsdls work fine but wsdls using document/literal get errors when I try to use the webservice wizard in rad7. Some of us tried running the old 5.0 rpc/encoded methods and it works fine in portal 6. When we try the 5.0 document/li
teral methods we get exceptions from the server. [ISS.0088.9112] An Exception was thrown in the server

Isn't there a easy way to migrate these methods without regenerating all the code again.
