Again problem!! WebSphere Portal Server Test Environment (V5.1)

Hi all
I am a new to portal and websphere, i have installed RAD 6.0 and even installed Websphere portal5.1, but when i start the test environment through RAD even before starting its getting stopped, there is no exception and nothing,

The same problem as Aarti is facing, So please help me out in resolving my problem.
