How to restore original Cloudscape db that was installed during WPS

My RSA crashed numerous times and I lost a bunch of hard drive space on my machine. I decided to clean up unnecessary files, but accidentally got rid of some files used for the cloudscape db that got set up when I installed portal on my machine. Now my
portal server won't start up and from what I can tell from the log I think it is because the cloudscape db won't start up.

I am using WP 6, and I have attached the log file of the exceptions during my server startup.

Can anyone tell me how I can restore the original cloudscape configuration that was created during the portal installation. I really don't want to uninstall/reinstall portal just to fix my mistake.
