Author Bluepages authentication using WS Portal 6.0 Extend

2007-04-24, 1:24 pm

Greetings,

I am trying to use Bluepages as my LDAP user directory for a development server running WS Portal 6.0 Extend and WAS ND 6.0 as the app server. I used the instructions to set up Bluepages authentication for WAS 5, so I'm sure they are only partially corre
ct. After configuring Global Security, LDAP, and LTPA the WAS admin console now uses Bluepages to authenticate users. However, now my portal server will not show the login page. My log files indicate a user authentication error, and the WS Portal infoc
enter suggests that I have some more configuration - within the LDAP - to set up groups and users before it will work for portal server.

Since this is Bluepages, I don't think I can add groups or modify users. Have any of you done this before, and if so, can you please share your how-to document? I have attached my wpconfig.properties file.

Thanks!
