I am not sure if I understood your problem properly. Why do you assing
permissions to anonymous users, and then log in to view the result? If
you assing permissions to anonymous users only, then an authenticated
(logged in) user will not have the permission to view anything.
If you have the page "internet jumpstart" which contains portlet1 and
portlet2, and you wish to grant view access to anonymous users to this
page and the portlets, then you just have to do the following:
Log in as portal admin, use the "resource permissions portlet" and
assing "user" access to both the page and the portlets for group
"anonymous portal user". Then anonymous users are able to view your page
and the portlets on this page.
