Hi,
Perhaps there's some action like "wpsconfig create-all-db" (this is only for DB2).
I also had problems and the only solution was reinstalling. It's crap... I know, but no documentation... only confusing. Perhaps IBM in the future could offer us a better product, they have many things to improve (I think).
