Hi All,

We have a WebSphere Portal 5.1.0.2 installed on AIX 5.3
We use TDS as LDAP Server, and Sametime/Quickplace for collaboration...
The enterprise mail server is running on Domino, and we want to use the Common Mail Portlet to access it. We create the vault slot, and introduce the values for the domino mail server.
But, we have been unable to connect to the server, receiving this error in the portlet:

Unknown error (CLHAG0006E: No database supplied). Click the Edit icon in the title bar and check your settings. If you are unable to correct the problem, contact your system administrator.

Could you, please help me...
Thanks,

have you checked the following page?
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infoc...sa_adv_cse.html

the common mail portlet displays this message is it can't access the mail server - common problems are:

1. mail server down
2. ldap attribute for mailserver/mailfile for the currently logged in user not set.

How do I set the following :

mailserver=mailserver.domain.com
mailfile=mail/usermail.nsf

in Tivoli Directory Server ? From what I understand, you can only set the attribute name but not the value. Please let me knpow. Thanks!!
