HP Openview Servicedesk Issue registration

Hello out there!

Is there some experience of realizing a web-interface for HP Openview Servicedesk? HP provides something for BEA, but I didn't found sth. for Websphere Portal.
As both products are no newbees on the market, there must be a request for a better Web-frontend for HPOVSD.

So please answer if you have some experience or know somebody who has.
