Problem while setting, working document library for Document

I want to configure the Document Manager Portlet with more than one document library. So that user can work on different document libraries at a time. But I am not able to find any option in the configure section to complete my requirement. Please let me
know how to do this.

Moreover please let me know, Is it possible to copy document from one document library to another?.
