The class in question is in jsf-portletbridge.jar that should be in your portlet's WEB-INF/lib folder.

First thing to check when working with RAD7 and Portal6 is that the classloader policy is set to PARENT_LAST as described in RAD's README and quoted here: http://www-128.ibm.com/developerwor...ead=152871&tree
