Any tools to manage Portal 5.1 Personalization Rules?

We use personalization rules extensively to customize content. Our problem is we have so many rules, they are becoming difficult to manage. Are there any tools or APIs available to run queries or reports on the defined rules? Goal is to get a text (hum
an) readable dump of all personalization rules.
