WebSphere Portal Server - List of portlets of a page

I use the wps tag navigation and navigationLoop to display all the page of a portal. When I click on the different node, it goes to the corresponding page (like a sitemap)

Now I want to list all the portlets on a page and clicking on the portlets name, going to the corresponding portlets in maximize state for example.

Anyone know how to get the portlets of a page, by using tag or maybe the wps api model ?
