| Hi all,
Is there a way that I can create a custom authorization system, instead of using TAM or Siteminder. There is a need to map existing relationships between users and transactions to access controls.

You can write a TAI (see the appserver, not Portal, documentation for
details). For Portal you may need a CUR (custom user repository) with
CMR (custom member repository) or may not. For the latter two you have
to contact support and sign an NDA
