Common Mail Portlet/TDS/Portal/Domino

| Hi, I need to set the mail portlet in Portal. Currently my config is :
Portal
TDS for User Registry
Domino Mail
I don't intend to use the LDAP from Domino but instead use TDS. The infocenter states that to enable auto mail detection, I must set this :
mailserver=mailserver.domain.com
mailfile=mail/usermail.nsf
How do I set this in TDS ? I know how to add an attribute but I tried adding as it is and it fails.
Apologize but a proper instruction would be good as the infocenter is not clear enough on how to add this. thanks!!

Have you enabled LCC? Honestly I never configured Portal with TDS but I believe those values are supposed to be returned by Domino.
Check if you need also to enable LCC. If you do, edit the wpconfig.properties file in the portalserver/config folder. Edit the values in the LCC Domino Directory area and then execute:
WPSConfig.bat lcc-configure-dominodirectory.
Also you need to enable ldap access to those attributes. Check the Domino Ldap configuration section in the IC.

| Thanks. I did configure the lcc-domino. I've configured directory assistance as well.
The only thing is I'm not too sure of the following :
1. How to do :
Extend the LDAP schema on the LDAP directory that is not Lotus Domino, by adding the following attributes:
mailserver=mailserver.domain.com
mailfile=mail/usermail.nsf
2. Since my site is user self-registration, If i'm to provide them email facility via domino, do I need to replicate the users from my TDS to Domino or the DA connection will work fine ?
