At last i got the problem which was hanging up the transfer of JCR domain
to DB2. My DB2 client installation was some how corrupted, due to some
unknown reasons the "Command Line Processor" environment was not
initializing however the "Control Center" was working fine. I re-installed
the DB2 Client and the problem didn't come back.
