RAD 7 - WebSphere Portal Server 6.0 Test Server

The Portal 6.0 Test Server appears to run okay but on publishing a Portal Project to the Server through RAD I am getting a "Trusted certificate not found.." error.
Has anyone else seen this and a way to work around it?
