Error during installing Websphere Portal V6

| Hi i face some problem during installing thing product. I have try to 2 pc. Both also cant install it.
First --> LocalizeTrace.archive5.log
PortalArchiveInstaller version is: Unknown
E:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer is valid location for WAS: true
Version Info for OS is Windows XP SP2
Portal Unique ID is 00111130FC07
Looking for com/ibm/wps/localize/ArchiveLocalizer.copylst
Found com/ibm/wps/localize/ArchiveLocalizer.copylst
Copying config/templates/db/cloudscape/wps_fix_id.sql to E:\IBM\WebSphere\PortalServer\config\tem
plates\db\cloudscape\wps_fix_id.sql
or
Error: Error copying needed configuration files to destination directory
Error: Unknown Internal Error
My pc
window xp pro sp2
1GB RAm
I already try to refer to the solution given by other user

Is it i need to format a pc and free of previous version application server?
