My Portal server is not installing the war file which i exported

I am working on personalization on WebSphere Portal 5.1
At first i created the default group and default users for the personalization database by using this Link

and after that i created a portlet in RAD.
After that i Created the Personalization content resource classes and content spot
for both the webContent and webusers as shown in the next steps of the link.
But in the middle i need to deploy the portlet but it is not working and it is giving the below errors.
