| Oscar,
In fix 5.0.0.3 of the Caching Proxy, the new directive SSLPort was added
to allow you to change the SSL port that the proxy is listening on.
This functionality is not in the Caching Proxy v4 (Edge Server v2) code
base.
Caching Proxy v5 is available in the WebSphere Application Server v5
product, as part of WAS's Edge Components which is the new replacement
for the Edge Server package.

| Thanks Jeff.
We are using Websphere 3.5 with IBM Httpserver.
does this new version of Caching Proxy-CBR maintain compatibility with our
current configuration???

| Oscar,
The Caching Proxy should be fine sitting in front of any server
application. It's just an HTTP proxy and has to conform to standards
and RFCs, so Proxy v5 should work the same in front of WAS v3.5.
