Hi All,

I'm trying to install the client part of the Edge Server (Content
Distribution Client, CDC Agent, and administration daemon components) v2.0
on my Linux RedHat v8.0 server. It's not working...? I've run the install
program and the it hangs...

I've got the Edge Server all setup on my other Linux RedHat v7.1 box, but I
have Linux RH 8.0 and Win200 servers that are acting as my HTTP server. I
believe this step is necessary, or?

Where am I going wrong?

Thanks,
-John

You'll probably have to install using the native packages (.rpm files)
on Red Hat 8.0. Red Hat 8.0 came out a lot later than Edge Server 2.0,
and the graphical installer that came with Edge Server 2.0 doesn't work
on Red Hat 8.0.
