WebSphere Edge Server - "Server is not unique" problems

We have experienced the following problem when adding various servers (wich
are the same Ip address but different port) to the cluster.

explample:
cbrcontrol server add CLUSTER:PORT:XXXXX address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx mapport
xxxx

We receive this message 2 times :
"Error : The value XXXXX is not unique. Please use the server ID to specify
the server"
"Error : The value XXXXX is not unique. Please use the server ID to specify
the server"

This happens randomly, if you change the name of the server it works... but
some names are not accepted under some circustances.

Anyone experienced this problem??
