ND Executor won't start after kernel upgrade

| Hi
I have update RedHat Kernel to 2.4.20-18. and then ND Executor won't start
anymore. I made a softlink for IBMND -> 2.4.18-18 version of ND and then it
seem's to work.
Are there a update for newer version of kernels ready ??

The 4.0.3.17 interim fix adds built-in support for the 2.4.20-18 kernel.
You'll want to update to that version. It's probably out on the
service2.boulder.ibm.com ftp server, if you've received access to that
from the L2 support team in the past. If not, the L2 team can put it
out there and give you the userid/password access information.

The "workaround" (link to an old version) didn't work. It did not read the
goActive-script.
How can I get in contact with L2 support ?

If you're in the US, then use 1-800-IBM-SERV. You'll need your customer
number -- although you should be able to get a PMR no matter what if you
just tell them you want download information on a specific fix.
Outside of the US, I don't know what the process is.
