I have installed the fixpak 4.0.3.0 and I have encoutered the
following problems.

1. While making a manual takeover the number of active connections doesn't
decrease even after the stale timeout time has passed. if the takeover is
done again in the reverse order this cause the imposed limits on maximum
number of active connections to be reached without being real.

any conf error?

2. Is something changed in the user the metric server use to run metrics on
balanced servers? It seems to work only if it runs on the scripts directory
otherwise it doesn't work as I expected
