multiple ibmproxy instances on one Edge server

I'm looking for information about how to set up additional instances
of the IBMProxy on one machine.
I'm using Linux version 2.4.9-e.27 and
the Edge services included in WAS v5.0

If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be great.
