How to check on the amount of cache space available

We have our servers set up to use a raw disk device for the cache. I can't
find any way to check how much of that device is free/in use. It would also
be nice to see how much of the memory cache index is available.

Anyone know how?

No takers, eh? There has to be some way of figuring out if my cache is sized
well.
