| I installed IBM Tivoli Web Site Analyzer 4.2.
I made a project and I started Site Health Report which was made through
wizard.
It started and finished till 11% and after that it stop with the following
error:
SASC1414E The scheduler has detected that a running task is not
responding. This is usually because WebSphere Application Server stopped
while a task was running. Try to run the task again. Task type=307 Task
id=2.015. See below for any information that the task posted before being
stopped.
My WAS didn't stop.
Every other application works fine and also Site Analyzer works fine.
I don't know what to do.
Is there any handbook which can help me to finally put my analyzer in
production.
Do I need to change some parameters on WebSphere Application Server?
Before this installation we had WebSphere Site Analyzer 4.1.
It never works fine.
We have lots of logs (apporx. 4,5GB logs in a month)
We have never succeded log analyses with this tool.
We are using WebSphere Site Analyzer 3.5 and it can do this job.
We also tried WebTrends which work really fast.
But we want to use the IBM Tivoli Web Site Analyzer 4.2.
If anyone here who can help me I would be greatfull.
