PLEASE, GIVE YOUR OPINION (in details): Does SA really work?

| Hi!
I have been attempting put SA 4.1(FP 2) in production, but always there
are some kind of errors. So I would like to get opinions from people who
are using SA (4.0, 4.1, 4.2), such as:
- What kind of hardware are your company using for SA?
- What SA´s features are your company using?
- How long has your company been using it?
- What is the most typical error you have been getting?
- What feature would you like to see in SA 5.0?

| In my company SA doesn't work.
We use IBM servers with 2GB RAM.
We are trying to use it for a year.
We only succeeded to install it and not to use it as we want.
Instead of it we are using SA 3.5
In next version 5.0 I expect of it to work.
I don't want to wait for 3 days for an analyses which could be done with
some other software for 2 hours.
From report elements I expect that they will put in box, analyses by the
hour of the day, buy the day of the week,...
