Hi everyone,,

Our Web Site Analyzer usualy shows the mesage below when we try to
import or generate a report.
Does anyone know about...

SASC1411I: Tivoli Web Site Analyzer: task failed to complete due to errors.
Task type=Report Task id=4,653 Display name =GERAL. See message below for
details.SAERROR0001I: Multiple messages, each reported below:

SASC1414E: The scheduler has detected that a running task is not responding.
This is usually because WebSphere Application Server stopped while a task
was running. Try to run the task again. Task type=307 Task id=4,653. See
below for any information that the task posted before being stopped.

SAERROR0001I: Multiple messages, each reported below:

SARE3008I: Report "GERAL" is generating...

Thanks in advance.

What version of the product? Does it do this for both log imports and
