Microsoft Spyware (beta) problem?

I installed the spyware program, now I can't get windows firewall to turn on
and have error report saying (error loading C:\progra~1\newdot~1.dll the
specified module could not be found) SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Start/Run
Type "netsh winsock reset" ENTER
Follow prompts and reboot.
