Author bootsplash as kernel binary module

Why you don't try to make bootsplash as binary module as Donald have
done for nvidia kernel modules
(http://people.debian.org/~rdonald/n...-unstable/i386/) so we
don't need recompiling kernel.

Because contrary to the nvidia kernel modules, bootsplash has not been
designed to be built as a kernel module.
