Description : id3lib wrapper for Python
Python extension module that uses the "id3lib" library to read and
write the ID3v2 tag data in MP3 audio files.
Note that this is *not* the same as python-id3 (which is a python-only
implementation as I understand it, not relying on id3lib).
Python-id3lib is needed for the next version of jack, jack 3.0.0.
