Hi,

I'm the maintainer of Xmame, package which is non-free, and due that I'm
not an official Debian Developer yet, I need to upload a version of
Xmame to the archive, work that obviously I can't do since I have no
access to any machine in this architecture (s390).

Could somebody help me in that?
