Yes, sorry; I was ambiguous in my point. I should have said "collection
of media" rather than "media".
My opinion is that de minimis would apply if (for example) I wrote a
novel with a sex scene in it. The sex scene is not independent of the
rest of the (non-sexy) novel, and though the scene is erotic, the novel
is not.
On the other hand, I don't think this arguement would apply to a Debian
CD, because (more or less) each element is independent. It would be the
equivalent of giving a child a stack of 20 magazines, of which one is
wholly pornographic.
(I will happily defer to those that better understand the laws involved
in this issue; my only point is that we should be considering this
exclusively as a legal problem and not a religious/ethical one.)
