Author autobuilders for experimental?
Frank Küster

Hi,

I faintly remember that somebody was running autobuilders for
experimental, on a limited set of architectures. Google tells me,
however, that I must be dreaming. Who is right?

Yes, Andreas Barth does.

See

for the proof.

I'm not the only one. Kenshi Muto does it for arm, and there is one
buildd upcoming for m68k and for ia64; I hope to avoid being buildd
admin for any of them (with that, we're having them for all release
architectures).

Cheers,
Andi

Great. Do they also take necessary versioned build-dependencies from
experimental?=20

No. Please see http://people.debian.org/~aba/buildd/exp-dep.html for
reasons why. (Well, it should not be so hard to finally implement the
solution proposed by Anthony - but nobody did do it till now.)

Cheers,
