Description : a text-based visual interface for commandline programs

Otak provides a text-based visual interface for commandline programs
that don't have one. It allows users to select arguments from a menu.
It could be used as an address book along with Mutt, or as a phone book
with SMS sending program or even as a list of hosts for SSH and/or FTP.
