hi,
i don't now how to report this correctly, because this is not a package

all links on:
http://www.debian.org/intl/l10n/po-debconf/pot
are broken

Well, actually not "all" links, only those that aim at
http://gluck.debian.org/~barbier/ , and not "all" either, just some of
them.

Look at the bottom:
This page was generated with data collected on: November 19th, 2003.
Before working on these files, make sure they are up to date!

Until these pages are generated again, updated pages are available at
http://people.debian.org/~barbier/i.../po-debconf/pot

I've been meaning to ask that; what is holding these pages from being
restored?

Probably, as usual in Debian, when the one responsible for that (aka
Denis Barbier) will have time for this, I'm afraid..:-)

All this should probably discussed in the thread Nikolai launched in -i18n
