No, the other problem of reportbug is that it asks users to figure out
for themselves what severity a bug should be filed at. I'm sure the
problem would be 10 times worse with a web-based interface.

Which has been almost solved because sarge's reportbug will only let
you choose between normal, minor and wishlist if you not play around
with --mode=.
