That's something which I would like to comment, and as you can see
I reopened bug report related to this.
Thanks for including link to the ITPs of the maintainer.
However as submitter requested, would be nice to have link to other
bugreports related to wnpp (ITA for example which is not shown now)

And something what would be extremely useful for me is a link to the
retitled/reowned bugs.
I mean if someone filled RFP, and I changed owner to me and retitled it
to let's say ITP.
I have no idea how to find such bugs using our BTS, so I don't know how
hard would be to implement it.
Is there any way to search through our BTS by owner of the bug?
Not maintainer, not submitter, but owner.
