Yes, of course.
ldapsearch -h bugs.debian.org -p 10101 -x -b \
dc=current,dc=bugs,dc=debian,dc=org '(debbugsOwner=*fenio@o2.pl*)'

Or just parse the extended ldif index file (that is already used for
ddpo).
