You mean miscfiles is the only package with bugs two years old?

Alas, individual state PUC's are unreliable. Sometimes they advertise
as "done deals" things which are proposed and not final--and with area
codes being what they are, anything not final sometimes never
happens. And they do that, alas, because they have a political stake
sometimes in a thing being perceived as a done deal, when it's not.

The best source is www.nanpa.com: the horse's mouth, as it were.
