Author libtiff: only 7 packages left!

There are only seven packages left that are potentially holding up the
tiff transition. They are:

epplets
gnobog
libimager-perl
libtk-img
lightspeed
mountapp
qvwm

In addition to these, the following packages haven't been handled but
aren't in sarge and therefore shouldn't interfere with the transition:

k3d
sear
pixieplus

and the following have been uploaded but haven't been processed far
enough to close their RC bugs (so no additional action is required):

gtksee
autotrace
gandalf

yea, yea, I'll be uploading a new version later today. Probably not
before the dinstall run, but it'll be with 'urgency=medium'. I've
already got it built and stuff, I just need to fix some ftp problems
I've got w/ my network.

epplets is being addressed by its maintainer.

Jordi Mallach has been having problems getting this one to build, due to
some issue with jade.

Oh, damn. Well, k3d is building here anyway, and will hopefully be
uploaded soon.

I don't think so. The gandalf package was uploaded, but did not
actually fix the package so that it was buildable with libtiff4; that
bug has been reopened. autotrace has been uploaded, but didn't close
the bug in the changelog; someone needs to follow up and confirm the bug
is fixed (though it seems to be building, so it probably is).

There is no sign of a successful gtksee upload; this package still
requires attention.

Got a dumb question. I've uploaded all the pikes (pike7.2, pike7.4, pike7.6)
shortly after the issue popped up, fixed as necessary. Some architectures
built them, some failed to and some didn't even attempt. So, should I wait
till all the packages are uploaded and then re-upload, or ask the
architecture builders to re-build the package or just wait for the
autobuilders to pick up the packages again?

thanks,

marek

Wait. See <http://buildd.debian.org/stats/graph-week.png>.
